Burberry spreads holiday cheer with the recent release of its holiday campaign, which was inspired by Billy Elliot. Some of the most prominent figures in fashion, film, and music have gathered to help celebrate the 15th year anniversary of the cinematic classic.
To kick off the holiday season, Burberry tapped ten It Brits to star in its festive campaign. The label enlisted the expertise of world-renowned photographer Mario Testino to capture a series of stunning images featuring Julie Walters, who was part of the original production of Billy Elliot, and Elton John, who was behind the music of the 2005 stage musical. Among the other superstars in this year’s holiday campaign are Naomi Campbell, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, James Bay, Michelle Dockery, James Corden, George Ezra, Toby Huntington-Whiteley, and Romeo Beckham.
Burberry’s latest advertising campaign also has an accompanying video that shows the British stars leaping for joy while “Cosmic Dancer” by T-Rex plays in the background.
